With the implementation of this project, we aim to improve the pedagogical and digital skills of our team, promote inclusion and diversity in the classroom, and strengthen our ability to work in international contexts. We want to integrate new teaching methodologies, increase environmental sustainability in our educational practices and strengthen our network of contacts with other European institutions, contributing to higher quality education.
We applied for this project to promote the continuous professional development of our education team, with a focus on pedagogical innovation, inclusion and the use of digital tools. We believe that exchanging good practices with European organisations will allow us to improve the quality of teaching and increase the positive impact on our training community. We are also looking to expand our network of international partnerships and strengthen the European dimension of our institution.
