The projet aims at improving the quality of the service we provide to our adults. By qualifying the team through a learning and sharing experience in an international context, we intend to implement strategies that allow: to disseminate our activity in an attractive way, especially among the more disadvantaged public, to promote motivation, to enhance the use of non-formal education methodologies and to favor inclusion, working on reading skills,digital literacy, citizenship and the environment.
We created this project because we want to serve our adults better, because we want empower them. We want to access the most disadvantaged public and help them demonstrate and develop their skills, so as to allow them to assume full citizenship. We recognize that the opportunity for international sharing, which the Erasmus+ program offers us, has the potential to create a team more prepared to deal with this challenge.
