The objectives are: - Increase the number of team members specializing in Adult Education/Training; - Reduce abandonment/non-completion of ducational/professional qualification courses; - Mitigate conflicts; - Train leaders, teachers/trainers and technicians with basic concepts, technical skills/practices of sustainable development. - Increase the number of adults with daily environmental protection practices; - Contribute to the internationalization of IPTrans.
The “Qualify + Change Agents” project arises from the need to respond to the following challenges: - Lack of specialization of the team in adult training/education; - The high number of absenteeism and withdrawals from school and professional RVCC processes by adults and young people NEET(abandonment and absenteeism); - Conflicting relationships within the educational space; - Need to implement a culture of environmental protection and sustainability;
