With this project, we want to promote digital transformation at school, empowering staff to use technological tools effectively. We aim to strengthen inclusion and diversity, ensuring equal opportunities for all students, and encouraging democratic participation and the promotion of common European values. Additionally, we want to implement sustainable practices to reduce our school's carbon footprint, contributing to a greener school environment.
We competed for this project with the aim of facing our organization's challenges in essential areas such as digital transformation, inclusion and diversity, democratic participation and environmental sustainability. Our school recognizes the need to train teaching and non-teaching staff to acquire new skills in these areas, promoting a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable education, benefiting the entire school community.
