With the implementation of this project we hope to achieve the following objectives: Create a network of European partnerships; identification with European values and principles, adaptation to multicultural contexts, respect for diversity, ecological sustainability, transversal and linguistic skills; Promote the internationalization and institutional development of the QC; Contribute to the professional development of staff; Promote the personal and professional development of adult learners.
A mobility project for adults and professionals at a Qualifica Center is extremely important, as it provides unique opportunities for learning, professional development and personal enrichment. These experiences allow participants to explore new educational and cultural contexts, broadening horizons and acquiring new skills and perspectives, enabling them to face the challenges of the contemporary world and make a more significant contribution to society.
