The aim is to break the social isolation of senior adults, especially those living in rural areas, through training in digital tools, and simultaneously contribute to increasing their self-esteem and active participation in society, valuing and preserving knowledge within the scope of cultural heritage European intangible material (crafts, traditions and gastronomy) that are disappearing due to the aging of the population.
