With the implementation of our project, we intend to achieve a set of strategic objectives that are directly linked to the empowerment of young people in our geographical area, especially young people with fewer opportunities in rural villages. The focus of this project is to provide mobility experiences that promote the personal, intercultural and social development of young people, whilst encouraging greater awareness of environmental sustainability and promoting social inclusion. The objectives will be addressed through a practical methodology in working with young people, encouraging practical learning and active participation. Project objectives: -Ensure that young people from rural areas and with fewer opportunities have access to international mobility experiences. Our project aims to overcome the economic, social and geographical barriers that often limit young people's opportunities, providing them with their first experience of traveling in Europe. -Promote the development of essential skills for young people's personal growth, especially in areas such as intercultural skills, autonomy, problem solving and adaptability. -Foster social inclusion and ensure that young people with fewer opportunities can participate on an equal footing. -Inspire young people to become more aware and active European citizens, through exploring different cultures and values within the European Union. This project aims to help young people better understand Europe's cultural diversity and the role they can play in promoting a more inclusive and supportive society. -Raise young people’s awareness of environmental sustainability. During their travels, young people will be exposed to sustainable mobility practices and will be encouraged to adopt responsible behaviors towards the environment, contributing to a greener future. -Help young people develop skills that can be applied in the job market, such as intercultural communication, problem solving in challenging contexts, the ability to work in a team and adaptability. -Strengthen the autonomy and confidence of young participants by giving them the opportunity to travel and explore new environments for themselves, with the support of our association. Our project also aims to create an impact, both on the young participants and on their communities, opening up new opportunities and promoting values of active citizenship, inclusion and environmental sustainability.
