The project aimed to improve the quality of adult education by using mobility as a learning tool grounded in experience and reflection, enable the learners and accompanying staff to better understand sustainability through daily food-related practices, strengthen reflective and participatory learning skills, and increase confidence in applying learning in personal and community contexts to enhance our capacity to design inclusive,high-quality adult education activities.
BSFDA implemented the project in the field of adult education, where there is a growing need for learning formats that connect sustainability with everyday life. The organisation delivers non-formal, community-based adult education focused on lifelong learning, inclusion and environmental responsibility. The project responded to the need to move beyond theoretical discussions and offer adults structured learning experiences rooted in real food practices, and local contexts.
