Developing a structured and continuous organizational learning culture by creating an Organizational Continuous Development Plan. Developing green knowledge and skills, integrating environmentally responsible and sustainable practices by creating a Sustainability Plan.
The organisation is committed to enhancing the quality of adult education activities, aligning with the priorities of the EU for Adult Education. While we have made progress in gradually increasing our organisational capacity and professionalising our staff, there are still significant needs and challenges that we face. The proposed project aims to address these issues in the medium to long term, focusing on organisational growth and sustainability.
