The project will use non-formal education methods, such as role-playing, storytelling, group discussions and participatory activities, to stimulate young people's personal and professional development. Each activity will be structured around the principles of active participation and experiential learning, giving young people the opportunity to contribute to the planning and evaluation of the activities. Throughout each mobility, participants will be encouraged to document their learning process and to reflect on their progress through a personal diary. Through this approach, we aim to create a transformative experience for these young people, giving them not only an opportunity to travel and learn, but also a context in which to build their confidence, skills and prospects for the future. The Discover Myself project aims to address the specific needs of young people with limited opportunities in rural and disadvantaged areas of Iasi County, providing them with access to intercultural experiences and international mobility to help them develop their personal and professional skills. The project will not only facilitate their access to European mobilities, but will also place particular emphasis on developing self-confidence and a clear plan for the future. Project objectives: To provide a diversified European experience for 30 young people with fewer opportunities by participating in 6 cultural mobilities in different European countries, with the aim of facilitating their access to international learning opportunities and overcoming economic and social barriers.
