- To inform and train students on the effectiveness of sustainability through upcycling in improving the local environment - To create and participate in large-scale collaborative projects on a societal level where the transformation of discarded materials into useful products is the main focus - To promote the circular economy through the integration of upcycling practices, analysing its benefits for the environment
We have applied for this project because of the lack of knowledge about upcycling in our organisation and in general, so we felt the need to develop a project that would help us to better understand what it is and thus be able to start transmitting this knowledge to our adult learners and to continue promoting the importance of sustainability as a fundamental pillar of society.
