We wanted to modernize and internationalize our educational processes. The goal was to innovate the methodological curriculum and enrich it with new technological trends, especially artificial intelligence and 3D printing. At the same time, our intention was to strengthen the team's soft skills and psychological resilience to stress when working with diverse groups of participants. We wanted to apply European quality standards in practice.
The organization Aj Ty v IT has long focused on educating and motivating adult women in the field of IT. The project directly follows our mission, as it develops the professional capacities of our lecturer and coordination team. We transfer the knowledge gained during European mobilities (e.g. in the areas of AI, e-learning or 3D modeling) directly into local courses for the public. In this way, we increase the quality of adult education and the competitiveness of the organization.
