We intend our team to have the skills, knowledge, attitudes & tools needed to lead projects, organize events & deliver activities confidently. We want to be more efficient & improve our financial management capabilities. Last but not least, further strengthen our position of a reliable environmental education organization educating communities for positive change.
We applied for this project to boost our internal systematization, improve how we manage finances, and build our team's digital and sustainability competences. By learning from more experienced organizations, we want to run projects more smoothly, work better with partners, and promote social and environmental sustainability in everything we do. This project will help us develop as an organization and make a bigger difference for our learners and communities.
