Through the youth exchange, we plan for young people to learn some basic, life-saving actions, gain knowledge of what to do in critical situations and take away as much as possible from examples of good practice from medical, paramedic and fire rescue professionals. Of course, we do not expect them to become professionals in this relatively short time of the project, but even this will be enough for them to learn concrete steps they can take in an emergency, improve their teamwork, leadership and, most importantly, their ability to react quickly and efficiently in crisis situations - which is our goal in this exchange. Advancement in these areas will be guaranteed by instructors and professionals in the emergency services fields, along with planned activities that will move participants in the right direction. This schedule will try to reflect the needs of the participants, but also the professionals to sell the necessary knowledge as effectively as possible. We consider the acquisition of practical experience to be a very important part of the project and the activities will reflect this. We plan that participants will have the opportunity to acquire and then practically apply and practice specific knowledge and skills on simulations of possible cases. Progress itself will be measurable by their gradual improvement in the different ways of providing assistance, as well as an initial assessment of their skills and a subsequent final comparison. Thus empowered with knowledge and experience, from professionals but also from friends of other participants, they will be able to use the acquired knowledge for the rest of their lives, which is one of the visions of the project - long-term impact. That participants not only gain new skills and knowledge, but most importantly that they better manage and react in emergency situations, actively apply the knowledge in their lives, in their communities and contribute to raising awareness about first aid. Deepening health knowledge and managing crisis situations that can contribute to saving lives. Professionals will help us to achieve this goal, as well as material assistance and activities aimed at this. As a first step, a short questionnaire would be presented to the participants to ascertain their knowledge and skills, and then at the end we would be able to compare this data with their practice. International communication is intended to strengthen the participants in the field of communication and international cooperation. In this area, we would like to have the participants continue to interact and possibly collaborate with each other after the project, ideally but not exclusively in the areas that were addressed in the youth exchange, and this would be measured through online forms, but also through activity on the discord platform where all participants will be connected and therefore we will know how much or if any communication is taking place. These connections will be established during the youth exchange itself, but the core will take place after the project in the coming weeks and months. Developing digital skills, where we will primarily be looking at the areas of videography, video editing and social networking. These skills will be used throughout the duration of the youth exchange, as one part of it will be contributing to social media, but mainly they need to gather enough material for the final video. In these parts they will primarily receive feedback on the ground, what to do, what to emphasize, what to avoid and so on. We will make sure that compared to the beginning of the youth exchange, the participants have optimized and started to pay attention to the various mistakes they were making in these areas.
