Objectives

From the perspective of youth work, we focused on supporting the comprehensive development of young people in the following areas: Support of personal development – to provide young people with opportunities to build self-confidence, independence, initiative, and practical skills through interactive activities. Creating an inclusive environment – to ensure that every participant feels accepted and has the opportunity to fully participate regardless of their personal or social circumstances. Support of social integration – to encourage mutual understanding among young people from different backgrounds and strengthen their sense of belonging. Development of critical thinking – to motivate participants to analyze information, solve problems, and discuss topics that matter to them. Support of active citizenship – to inspire young people to take an interest in what is happening in their community, to actively participate in democratic processes, and to take co-responsibility for positive change. The specific goals of the project, according to its theme, were: Improving digital literacy – developing digital skills, understanding technologies, and the ability to use digital tools effectively. Supporting intercultural understanding in the digital environment – creating space for learning about each other’s cultures and traditions, while strengthening tolerance and respect. Encouraging inclusive engagement in the digital world – ensuring equal access to digital resources, education, and opportunities for all young people. Developing digital project design and collaboration – fostering creative thinking, innovation, and teamwork through practical activities and projects in the online environment. Overall, our aim was to create a safe and supportive environment that enables young people to develop their potential, strengthen digital skills, promote intercultural dialogue, and prepare them for personal, social, and professional success.
