Objectives and desired achievements of the "Around Europe - Culture Swap" project -> Enhance intercultural understanding and competence: Objective: To provide participants with a deep and authentic understanding of various European cultures, breaking down stereotypes and fostering a genuine appreciation of cultural diversity. Youth work practice: Through immersive experiences and structured cultural learning activities such as traditional cooking classes, language sessions, and historical tours, participants will develop a more nuanced perspective of other cultures, enhancing their intercultural competence. -> Develop key skills for personal and professional growth: Objective: To equip young participants with essential skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership through non-formal education methods. Youth work practice: Utilize interactive workshops, team-building exercises, and collaborative projects that require critical thinking and creative solutions, facilitating skill development in a supportive, experiential learning environment. -> Promote active European citizenship and solidarity: Objective: To cultivate a sense of European identity and solidarity among participants, encouraging them to become proactive contributors to the European community. By implementing the "Around Europe - Culture Swap" project, we aimed to achieve a transformative impact on participants and their communities.
