Through this project, we aim to give disadvantaged young people, especially those who face social, economic and geographical barriers, the opportunity to explore Europe and develop their personal, social and cultural skills. The main aims of our project are as follows Empowering rural youth: Our main target group are young people who live in rural areas and have difficulties in accessing opportunities. Our project aims to enable these young people to increase their self-confidence and realise their potential by introducing them to new cultures. At the same time, this experience will help them to become more active individuals in their communities and support their social cohesion. Enhancing intercultural skills: Through the project, participants will interact with different cultures and gain a broader perspective. They will be encouraged to understand cultural diversity and develop tolerance. This process will enable them to improve their intercultural communication skills. Promoting sustainable practices: The project aims to improve not only young people's mobility, but also their sustainable travel habits. Participants will learn to travel responsibly, taking into account environmental concerns, and this awareness will be reflected in their daily lives. Development of social and citizenship skills: The project aims to develop participants' social and citizenship skills through group activities, workshops and shared experiences during the trip. They will strengthen their leadership and cooperation skills by interacting with different groups. These skills are important for their personal and professional development. From a youth work perspective, these objectives are based on the core values of empowering disadvantaged young people, promoting inclusion and supporting lifelong learning.
