Objectives

The Youth Democracy and Digital Advocacy Program has the aim to empower 30 young people from Moldova, Austria, Romania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become advocates for democracy, social inclusion, and civic engagement within their communities. We want to inspire participants to get involved in their communities, make their voices heard, and use both traditional and digital tools to make positive changes in their communities,we hope to see these young people grow into active citizens who contribute meaningfully to society. Our Objectives are: - To boost civic engagement and participation, we want to help young people understand how democracy works and show them how they can get involved. By highlighting the importance of civic responsibility, we hope to encourage them to step up and play a role in shaping the future of their communities. - to encourage social inclusion and embrace diversity, so through this exchange, we aim to create an open and inclusive space where young people from different backgrounds can connect, share their experiences, and learn from one another, by encouraging intercultural collaboration, we hope to break down barriers, reduce social exclusion, and promote mutual understanding. -to develop digital advocacy skills, because in today’s world, digital platforms offer a powerful way to create change and people spend a lot of time in the digital space and get a lot of their information from it, we want to give participants the tools to use these platforms effectively, teaching them how to build campaigns and advocate for important social and democratic issues online. - to promtoe leadership skills in the pariticiapnts - we will encourage participants to take on leadership roles throughout the project, helping them build confidence and develop teamwork and problem-solving skills, this will not only help them grow as individuals but also strengthen their ability to lead and inspire others in their communities. - to have more cooperation, this can be achieved by bringing young people from different countries together, we aim to create a network of future leaders who can collaborate on projects beyond the exchange, this will help sustain the impact of the project and encourage long-term cross-border cooperation. Our project is designed to create lasting change by empowering young people through learning, collaboration, and digital engagement, giving them the tools they need to lead and make a difference in their communities.
