Objectives

The Digital Youth Literacy project aims to raise young people's awareness of the conscious and ethical use of digital technology and to make them useful to their community through digital learning. There are two main aspects to the project: training young people in the responsible use of NICTs and helping them to make positive use of these tools for themselves and their community. The young people will share what they have learnt with elderly people, particularly those living alone in nursing homes, to reduce the digital divide affecting them. The aims of the project are to Raise young people's awareness of the ethical and responsible use of digital tools. Equip young people with theoretical and technical digital skills. Develop their social skills to facilitate the transmission of knowledge. Strengthen the intergenerational link between young people and senior citizens. Strengthen young people's citizenship skills through service projects. Develop young people's self-confidence
