With this exchange project, we want to encourage young people from ages 13 to 16 to engage in intercultural “lively” dialogue by showing films from diverse countries that deal with current topics in an appealing way. The young participants will reflect on the film in different way. We want to give young people the chance to embrace their talents and develop them in the context of the filmfestival and together with their peers, so that they can improve socially and emotionally. We also want to promote media and image literacy, and stimulate digital competences. We focus on sustainability and bringing it to young people’s attention, and make them undertake action. And finally we want to create awareness about what they have learned throughout the project.
