The goal of the "Green Revolution" is to provide young people passionate about ecology with the necessary resources and support to create a positive impact on a larger scale. The project aims to equip young leaders with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to contribute to environmental protection. Its primary objective is to facilitate the exchange of experience, skills, and competencies, as well as to develop collaborative networks that address challenges and opportunities at local, national, and international levels. Recognizing the importance of external support for motivation, progress, and development, the youth exchange will create a community of environmentally conscious supporters, activists, and inspiring youth leaders. This community will form a network of like-minded individuals who can support each other and share best practices. The project will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to guide change in their communities towards more sustainable practices, aiming to serve as a positive example for society's future. During the project, participants will work on adopting new habits, accelerating their personal goals for global impact, and acting locally to drive change. They will be taught how to promote new eco-trends through psychological tactics, non-formal educational methods, media campaigns, and other interactive tools. This dissemination activity is not a one-time effort but the start of an ongoing process. Once the new sustainable trend is established, future leaders must ensure it becomes a tradition deeply rooted in local culture and social norms. This requires repeated actions and the active involvement of local authorities, municipalities, and youth to reach more people and successfully establish the "new sustainable norm." By fostering widely accepted eco-traditions, we aim to prepare young inspired leaders to initiate and lead the Green Change. The project aligns with the specific goals of the "Erasmus+" program in the youth sector, including enhancing the international dimension of youth activities, increasing the capacity of young people, and promoting intercultural dialogue, ecology, and sustainability. It significantly contributes to the "Erasmus+" priorities concerning climate change. The key goals of the "Green Revolution" youth exchange are: - Training future young leaders on climate change and providing tools for measuring sustainability and addressing unsustainable practices in their communities; - Inspiring young people to act against climate change and bring positive change to their communities through leading green initiatives; - Uncovering and developing young people's leadership potential by providing them with soft skills and professional competencies related to youth, social, and political work; empowering and equipping them with practical knowledge, including media literacy, eco-practices, and administrative and political skills; - Establishing an international support network for eco-activists that will grow over time, keeping participants motivated and up-to-date.
