AIM: The aim of the project is to train youth workers from our partner organizations to support and empower youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and young women through youth work, enabling them to create more inclusive environments in the projects that we will further develop, as well as in their local communities. Objectives: O1. Raising awareness about gender inequality in our local communities among youth workers of the participating countries through training sessions. O2. Equipping youth workers with tools to dismantle gender inequality and promote women empowerment in youth work. O3. Guiding youth workers to empower young people in achieving better versions of themselves. O4. Developing a minimum of 1 follow up event/activity per country on the topic in the local communities of the partners.
