Objectives

The primary goal of the project was to promote the social inclusion of young people (aged 18 to 30). The main tool for achieving this objective was the implementation of activities designed to improve and enhance their social-emotional skills and the purposeful development of their Emotional Intelligence (EI). Specific Project Objectives: - Improving personal development of young people: Providing young people with theoretical and practical knowledge on how to recognize, understand, and manage their emotions—a direct path toward enhancing their personal development. - Improving the motivation for active civic participation: By increasing their emotional intelligence, young people will feel more motivated to participate actively in social situations and in civil society. - Improving social adaptability: Building confidence in communication and conflict resolution, which is key to full integration into social life. The core mission of the project was to transform emotional intelligence into a driver for social change by providing young people with the tools to better understand themselves and the world around them.
