The project "Dictionary of Youth Work" aims to create a common understanding among practitioners in the field of youth work regarding key processes. Through the implementation of this project, a shared document will be developed—a handbook containing definitions and explanations of the main terms used in youth work practice in Bulgaria. The idea behind this project is to identify, encourage, and support active youth workers and young people engaged in the field of youth work by generating a common understanding of the key terms, activities, and processes in practice. The project combines the execution of events that strengthen the connection between youth work practitioners in Bulgaria, institutions, and young people, uniting them under the common goal of creating a shared dictionary of youth work.
