With the implementation of the "A Step Forward" - Youth Academy for Financial and Digital Literacy project, we aim to enhance financial and digital literacy among young people from sparsely populated areas and those of Roma origin. Our primary goal is to prepare them for successful integration into the labor market by providing practical skills in personal finance management, entrepreneurship, and business plan creation. The project also aims to promote ethical work practices and social responsibility, fostering conditions for their full participation in society. An additional objective is the development of their skills in working with digital tools and social media, which will support their professional and personal growth. Furthermore, the project will contribute to social inclusion and reduce inequalities by equipping the young people with the knowledge and tools for self-sufficiency and sustainability within their communities.
