The primary goal of this Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project is to empower young people, particularly those facing economic and social barriers, by helping them identify and develop their unique talents. We aim to provide them with practical tools to transform these talents into viable business ideas. From a youth work perspective, this project is designed to: Enhance Self-Discovery: Equip participants with opportunities for self-reflection and talent identification, helping them understand their strengths and how to leverage them. Foster Entrepreneurship: Develop participants' entrepreneurial skills, focusing on practical business planning and the soft skills needed for success, such as leadership, problem-solving, and communication. Promote Social Responsibility: Encourage participants to engage with their communities, applying their new skills to create a positive social impact. Support Personal Growth: Provide a supportive environment that encourages participants to step out of their comfort zones, build confidence, and gain valuable experiences that enhance their employability.
