Objectives

Through the project, our aim is to support the development of key skills of our pupils who come from rural areas and often have limited access to international educational opportunities. As part of the project, we will focus on the development of financial literacy, business skills, language competence and the ability to work in a team, which are key skills for their future educational and professional life. The project targets pupils aged 13-16, many of whom come from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These pupils often face various challenges, whether due to insufficient support from family or limited opportunities to engage in international educational activities. By implementing this project, we want to overcome these barriers and show them that they have the potential to succeed if they are given the opportunity to develop their skills in a practical international context. The main goals of the project are: 1. Improving the financial literacy of participants so that they are able to effectively plan and manage their finances, which is a key skill for both personal life and future professional application. 2. Development of an entrepreneurial mindset, which includes the ability to recognize opportunities, create business plans and analyze the market. Participants will learn the basics of business, which can help them not only in their future employment, but also if they decide to start their own business. 3. Improving language skills, especially the ability to communicate in English, which is a basic prerequisite for successful participation in the global labor market. Working in an international team and using English as the main language of communication will contribute to increasing their self-confidence and language competence. 4. Development of teamwork and intercultural understanding. Participants will work in international teams where they will be forced to collaborate with peers from another country, which is key to developing their ability to communicate effectively and work as a team in a diverse environment.
