All involved organizations bring together young people who want to work together on international projects. From the discussion with them, we came to the conclusion that it makes sense for us - to organize another youth exchange, which is a great means of sharing experiences, culture and traditions. Due to the enthusiasm of our members and volunteers and the positive feedback received from past participants of our youth exchange in Kosky (October 2024), we decided together to give the participants what they want in their feedback - a continuation and follow-up to the first exchange, opportunities for other participants. All our organizations are united by enthusiasm for leisure activities. What we face together is a lack of opportunities. We want to see the youth exchange as an opportunity to share tips and try out various outdoor activities (from group games to various nature trips). All participants will thus have to get involved and try various activities that support their health, but also self-development. *Participants will be forced to communicate in a foreign language due to interaction with their peers from different countries speaking different languages. It will be an intensive opportunity for them to improve their English language skills. Of course, participants with only a basic knowledge of English are also welcome on our project, they also get involved from our experience. *Thanks to the activities that will take place during the project, we will support the personal growth of the participants. They will gain experience with new methods of informal education, try out teamwork and problem solving. All this in an international group, which will increase the difficulty of the tasks. We will try to increase participants' self-confidence, emphasize their strengths and improve their weaknesses. *Participation in Erasmus+ projects encourages participants to feel "more European". There is a lot of Euroscepticism among many people, the participation of themselves or their loved ones will show them one of the great benefits of the European Union - almost unlimited opportunities for young people who want to get to know and study in foreign countries. During our project, we will promote various forms of Erasmus+, where graduates of the international program will be able to present their experiences and thus motivate others. We know from our experience that a personal recommendation is always the best and we are very happy to share our experience. We aim to connect 42 active people from the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Romania and North Macedonia. People from different places, with different stories and experience and knowledge. Our task will be to create a friendship between them that will ideally be long-lasting. We always try to involve as many newcomers as possible in our projects, who will get their first international experience. These people are excited about the activities and they are also excited about their new friendships. It always gives us great pleasure when we can watch photos from mutual visits of former participants in our common WhatsApp groups, when we see that former participants want to organize their own international projects, when former participants become our new partners, for example in this project as well. (a representative of the Romanian organization attended our TC in Georgia). Having friends all over Europe is great, so we can face prejudices together, navigate cultural differences and help each other. *The aim of our project is to support a healthy lifestyle, diversity and inclusion. We will bring together people of different nationalities, religions, ethnicities and sexual orientations to combine our differences into advantages. We want to promote mutual tolerance and reduce prejudice. The participants will then be able to use the activities that we will apply as part of their free time activities. Through dialogue, discussions and joint activities, we want the participants not to be afraid to accept people from other groups, with different skin colour or financial account status.
