The aim of the YoDel 2025 project was to support the professional development of youth workers through an international conference addressing current challenges in working with young people. The project responded to the rapidly changing needs of younger generations and sought to strengthen participants' competences in innovative educational methods, Futures Literacy, youth participation, wellbeing, media literacy, inclusive communication, and other topics relevant to contemporary youth work. At the same time, the project aimed to strengthen cooperation between Czech and Slovak youth organisations, promote the exchange of good practices, and contribute to the long-term improvement of the quality of non-formal education.
