Our aim is to make this project a platform for mutual inspiration and sharing of valuable experiences of several organisations working with young people in different ways. Despite the diversity of our organisations, we face similar challenges and issues that require collaboration and innovative approaches. Each organisation brings its strengths from different sectors, which enriches our discussions and allows us to find effective solutions together. An example of an inspiring approach is the city of Vilnius, where leisure sports activities are successfully combined with streetwork social work. This model shows how different areas can be combined and how synergies between them can be used to improve the quality of life of individuals and communities. Street Youth in Bratislava has a very successful family support programme, involving the family, the school and the municipality in solving problems and creating a strong support system for the client. Proxima Sociale works systematically with schools and implements a case management model that provides clients with the individualized support they need, in the Czech republic, this is not an established practice. International collaboration under the umbrella of this project allows us to learn from each other and create innovative strategies that bring positive impact to our target groups. We believe that by sharing our successes we can grow together and achieve our goals with more effective results.
