The main objective of the project is to contribute to the fulfilment of the mission of ASNEP, z.s., i.e. to protect the rights of people with hearing impairment in order to improve their living conditions in the Czech Republic by representing and supporting organisations that bring together people with hearing impairment and work for the benefit of people with hearing impairment. The project's aim is to strengthen the democratic participation and autonomy of young deaf citizens (13- 30 years old) in the Czech Republic by preparing and implementing thirteen workshops on democratic decision-making led by experienced deaf youth in schools for pupils*and students*with hearing impairments throughout the Czech Republic and preparing and implementing a political discussion in Prague on democracy and rights of persons with hearing impairments with candidates*for the Chamber of Deputies with the ambition to become the government's Commissioner*for Human Rights.
