The "Empower Yourself" project aims to create an educational program for disadvant.youth, focusing on self-awareness, career planning, citizenship, and financial literacy. It will help them bridge the gap with their peers and support their integration into mainstream society,positively impacting their education and longterm personal stability. Methodological insights will be compiled into a practical guide, accompanied by online training, to assist professionals working with disadvantaged youth.
