The main goal of the "Film and Dialogue" project was to support young people in dealing with the challenges they face in their daily lives and communities. The project created a safe and inclusive space where participants could openly discuss important social issues such as bullying, hate speech, discrimination, and violence. Through open dialogue and shared experiences, the project encouraged young people to reflect on these problems, express their emotions, and explore positive and constructive solutions. One of the key objectives was to empower participants with practical digital and media skills, particularly in the areas of filmmaking, video editing, storytelling, and media organization. By learning these skills, young people not only improved their digital literacy but also increased their self-confidence and their readiness for future employment in the digital and creative industries. The project strengthened young people’s sense of belonging and connection to their communities. Many participants felt isolated or lacked meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through group activities, intercultural exchanges, and collaborative learning, the project helped them feel more engaged and motivated to contribute to their communities. Another important objective of the project was to promote European values and identity. By bringing together young people from different countries and cultures, the project encouraged unity, tolerance, and mutual understanding.
