By implementing The Power of Conflict Transformation, we aimed to raise young people’s understanding of conflict transformation and different types of conflicts (intrapersonal, interpersonal and group conflicts). The project sought to strengthen key competencies such as communication, emotional intelligence, active listening, empathy, negotiation and problem-solving. We particularly aimed to support young people with migrant backgrounds and fewer opportunities, helping them better navigate social challenges such as discrimination, exclusion and stereotypes. Another objective was to promote intercultural dialogue, peacebuilding approaches and awareness of the Erasmus+ Programme and Youthpass.
