The project implemented in Berlin, Germany, between 9–18 August 2025 was designed to respond to the increasing need for meaningful intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, and active youth participation in a diverse European context. During the preparation phase, partner organisations identified that many young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, lacked access to international learning experiences that support personal development, intercultural understanding, and civic engagement. The main objective of the project was to bring together young people from different countries and backgrounds in order to strengthen mutual understanding, tolerance, and European solidarity through non-formal education. The project aimed to support participants in developing key competences such as communication skills, teamwork, critical thinking, and active citizenship, while also encouraging them to reflect on social issues relevant to their communities and Europe as a whole. Another important objective was to empower young people to become more confident, socially engaged, and aware of their role in society. By creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, the project sought to promote equal participation, give space to diverse voices, and encourage participants to take initiative both during the exchange and after returning to their local contexts. In addition, the project aimed to strengthen cooperation between participating organisations and to build a basis for long-term European partnerships in the youth field.
