Objectives

The main aim of “How to Balance in the Online/Offline World” was to help young people reflect on their digital habits and build a healthier, more conscious relationship with the online world. In response to the growing influence of technology, we focused on raising awareness, promoting responsible online behavior, and encouraging real-life connection. Our specific objectives were to: Educate participants about online risks such as cyberbullying, privacy issues, and digital addiction. Promote safe and responsible use of digital tools. Develop critical thinking around social media, fake news, and online communication. Foster intercultural dialogue by sharing diverse perspectives on digital life. Encourage youth participation by involving them in leading sessions and activities. Through non-formal methods like creative workshops and group reflection, the project supported young people in becoming more digitally aware, socially connected, and confident in their ability to influence others positively.
