The project Youth Entrepreneurship: From Ideas to Action aimed to empower young people to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and transform ideas into concrete, realistic initiatives through non-formal education and international cooperation. The main objective was to increase young people’s awareness and understanding of entrepreneurship as a viable career path and a tool for social and economic participation, particularly for those with fewer opportunities. The project sought to equip participants with practical entrepreneurial competences, including idea generation, basic business planning, financial literacy, teamwork, problem-solving, and pitching skills. Another key objective was to encourage innovative and creative thinking by exposing participants to different entrepreneurial perspectives, cultural contexts, and real-life examples from partner countries. Additionally, the project aimed to strengthen participants’ personal and social competences, such as self-confidence, communication, leadership, resilience, and intercultural cooperation. By bringing together young people from Germany, Türkiye, Spain, Hungary, and Croatia, the exchange promoted European values, mutual understanding, and solidarity, while fostering peer learning and international networking. Finally, the project aimed to create a sustainable impact beyond the mobility itself by motivating participants to further develop their ideas, engage in local initiatives, and stay connected through ongoing cooperation, dissemination activities, and follow-up actions at local and international levels.
