The training course will enable youth workers to improve their knowledge, skills and competences in the field of entrepreneurship and to acquire new practices and experiences in the field of business. During this training course, youth workers will have the opportunity to promote empathy and understand the problems faced by the marginalized in the job search process. Through this cooperation, ideas for the creation of new jobs and the promotion of national practices from organizations that actively work in the field of entrepreneurship and non-formal education will be promoted. Youth workers will have the opportunity to define activities for the preparation of youth workers in the process of creating a CV, motivation letter and preparation in the job search process. By participating in an online session, youth workers will have the opportunity to get closer to the experiences of 2 experts who are active in the field of entrepreneurship. During the training course, youth workers will have the opportunity to gain new practical experiences in the field of business creation and entrepreneurship. In the course of this cooperation, youth workers from marginalized categories who have minimal experience in the field of the Erasmus+ program will be promoted. Youth workers will also define concepts for raising public awareness of equal labor rights and understanding bullying, discrimination and racism in the workplace. The training course and transnational cooperation will enable the organizations to create network cooperation through which they will exchange national experiences and practices. Organizations involved in this cooperation are expected to improve their social credit and improve their popularity and attract more new members to their ranks. It is expected that in the dissemination process they will be promoted to the public as institutions that offer positive changes and opportunities for education and employment. With the promotion of the project, it is expected to promote the Erasmus+ program as a positive practice and to attract a larger number of new members who will be actively involved in youth work and education.
