The project aimed to sustainably strengthen the quality of European youth work by bringing together youth workers from different countries to learn new methods, further develop their competences, and exchange perspectives on current challenges in working with young people. At its core, the project focused on fostering skills that are essential for contemporary youth work: intercultural competence, experiential and non‑formal learning methods, reflective practice, leadership styles, sustainability, digital competences, and a deeper understanding of European values and democratic participation. In addition, the project sought to create spaces in which youth leaders and trainers could learn from one another, contribute their own experiences, and jointly develop new approaches for working with young people. The activities were designed to strengthen participants in their role as multipliers, enabling them to bring what they had learned back to their organisations and local communities and create long‑term impact there. Another goal was to deepen European cooperation in the youth field, strengthen existing partnerships, and build new connections to support the implementation of the European Youth Strategy at the local level. Overall, the project aimed to empower youth workers to better support young people, open up diverse learning opportunities for them, and accompany their personal, social, and democratic development. The mobilities provided a European learning space that enabled exchange, innovation, and shared growth.
