The project “Tools to Support Active Participation of Migrant Youth” is designed to strengthen the competences of youth workers in promoting and facilitating the active participation of migrant youth in decision-making processes within youth organisations and at community level. It addresses the clearly identified need among youth workers for concrete tools and structured methods that enable meaningful inclusion of migrant young people who often face social, cultural and structural barriers to participation. The main objectives focus on developing youth workers’ competences in youth participation with a specific emphasis on migrant youth, exploring and applying innovative tools to foster engagement, and enhancing the ability of youth workers to support migrant young people in building communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills. The project also aims to mainstream the importance of active participation through local workshops and to strengthen knowledge about the Erasmus+ Programme, encouraging the creation of further initiatives that expand opportunities for migrant youth.
