With “Project Pro: Mastering Project Management for Youth Workers”, we aimed to strengthen the professional capacities of youth workers in designing, managing and sustaining high-quality youth projects. The main objective was to enhance participants’ competences in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting within the Erasmus+ framework and beyond. We focused on developing advanced leadership and management skills tailored to youth work practice. Participants improved their ability to coordinate teams, manage resources effectively, and respond to challenges through structured risk management and problem-solving approaches. A strong emphasis was placed on proposal writing, fundraising strategies and resource mobilisation in order to increase the sustainability of youth initiatives at local and international levels. Another objective was to introduce innovative and practice-based project management tools that youth workers could directly transfer into their organisations. The project also aimed to strengthen understanding of Erasmus+ opportunities, European values, intercultural cooperation and long-term impact planning in youth work practice.
