The participating professionals should become familiar with the content and methods of diversity-sensitive youth work in dealing with members of minorities. They will learn about best practices that can be transferred to their own work. There will be an exchange on the topics of youth work, migration & flight as well as participation, diversity and anti-discrimination in the day-to-day work of professionals. The sending organizations qualify their work.
