The objective of this project is to empower small youth organizations to achieve sustainable growth and successful leadership transitions by equipping both current leaders and the next generation of leaders with essential digital, managerial, and organisational development skills. This will be accomplished through the creation of an accessible online platform that provides training, support, and resources tailored to the unique needs of these organisations.
