The project Motion of Self-care (MOSC) aimed to empower young people to better understand and practice holistic well-being through the concept of the “Triangle of Wellbeing”—body, mind, and soul. Building on the previous year’s youth exchange on mental health, this project sought to complete the learning journey by focusing on the physical and spiritual aspects of self-care alongside mental well-being. The specific objectives were to: - To learn more about what we called the “Triangle of Wellbeing”, were participants will learn more about how the body, the mind and the soul all affect each other when it comes to our general wellbeing. - To learn more about how we can take care of our body and the importance of actually doing so. - To learn how we can keep an active lifestyle in a busy life. - To learn more about the soul and the importance of how to care of ones soul. This project will help us continue building the plan we started a year ago and will help young people understand what affects their general well being and how to maintain or elevate it. The project came from young people themselves and will further help them learn about international projects and how to implement them. In addition the project also aims to better young people's language skills, especially English, and introduce young people to alternative learning methods like non-formal education. It also creates more motivation for the young people to take part and initiate similar projects in the future and spread the information on to new young people who will learn about Erasmus+ opportunities. The project tackled barriers that might hinder the participation of young people and used sustainable practices.
