The aim of the project was to support young people’s mental health through creative arts – music, theatre, handicrafts, and other forms of artistic expression. We wanted to provide a safe, inclusive, and culturally diverse environment where young people could learn how to take care of their mental well-being and discover the positive impact of creativity on their self-expression and overall well-being. Through the project, we aimed to raise young people’s awareness that art and creative activities are effective tools for reducing stress, expressing emotions, and increasing self-esteem and confidence. The goal was for young people to learn to use these creative methods in their everyday lives and future challenges. In addition, it was important to promote intercultural communication and cooperation so that young people from different countries could better understand one another and appreciate diversity.
