Objectives: -To build competence: By providing youth workers with comprehensive training in outdoor and adventure learning, we aim to enhance their competence in planning, facilitating, and evaluating these experiences. This will empower them to create engaging and impactful learning opportunities for young people. -To promote environmental awareness: We aim to instill a profound sense of environmental awareness and stewardship among youth workers. They will learn to convey this crucial knowledge and passion to the youth they work with, fostering a new generation of environmentally responsible citizens. -To support networking and collaboration: We recognize the power of collaboration within the youth work community.
