With the implementation of the Ida/Viru #YouthFestival project, we aim to bring together young people from different cultures and linguistic backgrounds in Ida-Viru County, to promote cooperation, reduce national prejudices, and raise awareness of youth participation opportunities in the local region. The project's goal is to develop young people's collaboration skills, foster intercultural understanding and inclusion, and enhance the image of Ida-Viru County as an attractive living environment for young people. Additionally, we seek to support the professional and personal development of young people through hands-on experience in organizing a large-scale event. A project of a similar format and scale has not been implemented in Ida-Viru County before.
