Objectives

The implementation of this program aims to support, develop, and empower young people, with a focus on cultivating leadership skills, enhancing psychological resilience, and fostering their commitment to sustainability. The goal is to empower young people to develop leadership skills that combine sustainability with psychological resilience. Through non-formal learning methods, the program seeks to foster leadership and collaboration skills among youth, enabling them to take initiatives for environmental protection and sustainable resource management in their communities. First and foremost, the program aims to enhance young people's mental resilience by providing them with tools for managing stress, developing emotional intelligence, and facing challenges. Through collective action and intercultural collaboration, young people will develop skills that will allow them to lead within a group, promoting a more sustainable and mentally balanced future. Participants will be informed and develop important leadership, teamwork, and communication skills so that they can inspire other young people in environmental initiatives. This will enable them to take on leadership roles and shape positive changes in the areas of sustainability and community service. At the same time, the program places special emphasis on strengthening psychological resilience. Through experiential activities, young people will be trained in skills such as stress management, emotional intelligence, and the ability to face challenges with flexibility and confidence. This empowerment will contribute to their personal growth and help them maintain their mental health in demanding conditions. A third goal of our project is to promote sustainability. The program will provide young people with the knowledge and tools they need to take initiatives in environmental management issues. They will learn to manage resources responsibly and implement practices that support sustainability, inspiring other young people and local communities to follow their example. Through teamwork, young people will acquire the ability to lead and coordinate collective efforts to achieve common goals, whether they are related to environmental protection or mental health. Through these activities, we aim to equip young people with the necessary tools and resources to become effective leaders, with a holistic approach to their development, both in terms of skills and personal empowerment.
