By implementing the project "Youth Go! Jóvenes por la Igualdad," we aim to achieve several specific objectives from the perspective of youth work practice. These objectives include: - Empowerment of youth: Foster the self-confidence and autonomy of young people, especially those from disadvantaged communities, to become agents of change in their communities. - Development of critical skills: Provide participants with tools and knowledge about critical thinking, information analysis, and the identification of hoaxes and misinformation online. This will help them become responsible consumers of information. - Promotion of inclusion and diversity: Encourage an environment of respect and acceptance among young people from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This will facilitate intercultural dialogue and cooperation among participants, contributing to greater social inclusion. - Strengthening active citizenship: Stimulate the active participation of young people in civil society, encouraging them to engage in activities that promote human rights and equality. It is expected that participants will feel motivated to advocate for their rights and those of their communities. - Creation of support networks: Facilitate the establishment of connections between young people from different countries and cultures, promoting teamwork and cooperation through the formation of an international support network that extends beyond the exchange. - Awareness of human rights: Increase awareness and understanding of human rights among participants, emphasizing the importance of equity and social justice. This will include discussions about the situation of Roma communities and other marginalized groups in Europe. Through these objectives, the project aims not only to empower the young participants but also to generate a positive impact in their communities, creating a more inclusive and supportive environment.
