The project aims to empower young people through non-formal education, promoting their active participation in society and contributing to global justice. Through this project, and especially through the youth exchange, participants are expected to acquire key competencies that will enable them to become agents of change in their communities. This approach not only focuses on the personal development of young people but also seeks to generate a positive impact on their environments. Among the project's objectives is the improvement of young people's mental health, a crucial aspect given the current context of social and emotional instability. We will work to provide tools that help participants manage stress and promote emotional well-being. Additionally, environmental sustainability will be promoted through practical activities that raise awareness of the importance of caring for the environment, allowing young people to become active advocates for sustainability in their communities. The project will also focus on fostering intercultural dialogue by providing a space where young people can exchange diverse experiences and perspectives. This dialogue is essential for combating the growing sense of disconnection and individualism, and for building bridges between different cultures and contexts. In short, the project seeks to comprehensively address how the community and the organization can work together to reverse the social issues facing young people, from violence to social exclusion. Furthermore, the project is expected to strengthen young people's ability to plan and execute projects that address social and environmental issues. They will be provided with planning methodologies and practical tools that align with the principles of Education for Global Justice. By empowering young people with these skills, they will be able to develop initiatives that respond to the needs of their communities, thereby contributing to the construction of a more just and equitable society.
